There’s no better feeling than finding something after you’ve been looking for it for so long, in a business an idea is nothing without a functioning system to process it.
I’ve been thinking about something that might work for days, there are many methods to find ideas, there have even been books written about them, but the best way for me is observe.
Looking at the problems and thinking, how I can solve them? Observe is the key to find an idea.
Another useful technique is to take a pen and paper, and write in a column all the activities you have done in your life, any process you have done even the most stupid, for example: I went by bike, I worked in a pizzeria etc.
And for each activity write: how much it cost you in economic terms, how long it took you, and what is the most frustrating process. So then you start to connect the dots and make your own conclusions.
When you think you have found the right idea you feel a tremble of euphoria because you feel that this is the winning idea and so you already begin to imagine yourself with the millionaire idea in the hand.
The hardest thing is not to find an idea, but to leave the ideas that didn’t worked.
To remedy this problem, I gave myself a time limit that I cannot exceed to design this start-up, being a digital service, I gave myself 15 days to develop the website. After these days, the testing phase of the service begins to analyze customer purchase costs and decide whether to continue the idea.
