Probably if you are reading this article you want to create a startup, but you have to face of the reality. The 65% of startup failed. I report this date not to change your mind.

I have read some books about startups, and now I will list the four concepts that I think are most important for starting a startup.
Advance in small steps
Grand visions help to inflate the bubble, so don’t indulge in it. Anyone who claims to be able to do something great is suspect, and anyone who wants to change the world must be humbler. Small incremental passes are the only safe path.
Stay slim and flexible
Every startup should be flexible, it’s a way to say “not planned”. You don’t have to know what your business will be; planning is arrogant and rigid.
Instead you should experiment, treats entrepreneurship as an agnostic experiment.
thrives on competition
Don’t try to create new market prematurely. The only method to know if you have a very business is start from a client already existed, in this way you can build your business improving products already conscious and already offered by successful competitors.
focus on the product
If your product need personal for the sell or ads, probably it’s not good enough, technology is primarily about product development and not distribution.
yet their opposite principles are also correct
– it is better to risk being imprudent than insignificant
– A bad plan is better than no plan
– Competitive markets destroy profits
– the sales counted as much as the product
The key for a successful startup is be different, that each of us has heard at least once, but is correct.
The most counter-current of all is not opposing the crowd, but thinking on your own.
