I’m stuck in this tunnel I must do always more.
I admit to having been naive in the past, and probably I’m still right now; the fact is that we can’t complain about our past, but we understand life only backwards.
But we can’t live stuck like that, life must be lived forward, in the present and looking for the future, not complaining about the past.
Maybe every decision that I’ve made is going to have a role like it’s always been.
Until now, every decision that I made is coming back to me, good ones and bad ones.
I believe that dreaming is important when you are a child.
Good parents should not break the dream of any child, regardless of how much unrealizable it is.
I had and I still have very high-standard dreams, I’m aware that probably I will never reach them, but since then I haven’t found anything powerful like a dream.
I would go through every storm and every problem for it.
We must be realistic, and there is no meaning in living only for it.
It doesn’t have to be your salvation.
Living with a dream is not only empowering, but it’s also very painful.
You must be ready to be judged and teased.
You must be ready to listen to all the people who think you are unrealistic, and that you will never accomplish it.
Revealing your dream makes you vulnerable because it shows the deepest part of you seeking happiness.
What people like them don’t understand, is that for people like me or you, the dream is not something to live for, but a guide.
It tells you the direction and the importance of your actions.
Every time you feel lost, look at your dream and you will find the solution, no matter if you will never reach it.
If you have a dream, it means that you are already living a dream life, don’t take it for granted.
Not many people have a such powerful source of power and motivation.
Having a dream alone is beautiful, but there is no such greatness than sharing a dream with someone.
The best period of my life was working with people who had the same mentality and we shared the same goal, the same direction.
What distinguishes a successful company from another is the team, if the team has not a clear vision and a shared mission, it’s not going everywhere.
For me, this is the most important parameter for evaluating, not only if a company is valuable or not, but also the people that I surround myself with.
Before dealing with anyone I ask myself.
What do we have in common?
Do we have the same vision?
Can we work well together?
