How does feel to be lost in the chaos, and why is that?
Why do people perceive problems differently from others and how could we use that to analyze better ours?
We tend to don’t analyze deeply our problems, we tend to stay on the surface, probably because we are too scared to go deep and know better ourselves.
However, we are still the first to blame others for our problems, but why that?
This is caused by our inability to deal with problems.
We usually prefer to stay with it, than analyze the cause.
The downside is destructive effects in the long term beyond the short term.
Just looking your problem in the face is not enough to solve it, you must be radically honest with yourself.
Developing the ability to look at your problems as if they were those of someone else is a life-changing skill, how many times did you suggest to one of your friends what would be the best thing to do?
You have to see the situation rationally, contrary to your friend who has his mind lost in the course of his problems.
If you want to understand the cause of the problem of a person, first you should understand their view of the world.
Where you are lost between your problems and feelings, change your perspective.
There are no real problems in the world, the problems are in the eyes of those who are looking at the world.
If you don’t want to see that problem anymore, change the way you view the world.
Problems are relative, and for this reason, there is no meaning in complaining too much about them.
Don’t get me wrong, I’m not talking about all the problems that we have, but especially those we can not do anything about, some regrets in the past or bad memories.
Ultimately, if we can’t do anything about them why should we care?
The same as moving in the chaos, if you struggle to seal into it, just pretend you are not, just pretend that there is nothing chaotic, and build your view of the world.
This can be easily misinterpreted, you should not change what you see in the world, just change how you process that information.
You can not create your world, you can’t change what happened to you, you can’t change your circumstances, but you can always change how you react to them, and this is the greatest power that you have.
